Dulce De Leche Cake

Beamsville Bakery and Patisserie is proud to offer a collection of distinctive cakes to add a delicious flavour to your birthday, anniversary, engagement, and just-because celebrations! Our white and chocolate cakes are surrounded with an icing which is made from an icing sugar base icing, not oil. This gives the icing a soft, yet stable consistency making it ideal for decorating wedding cakes. All cakes and icings are made on-site and contain no preservatives.

European cakes are also a distinctive offering made by Beamsville Bakery and Patisserie. European (or "Dutch") cakes, are also commonly know as our "Mocha or Vanilla Tortes". Tortes are made with a sponge cake; are filled with a "Vienna Cream" which is similar to a custard, but lighter; and are covered with your choice of mocha or vanilla buttercream, a smooth cream used in many of our pastries. These traditional dutch cakes are are full of flavour and are a great option for those looking for something with a subtle sweetness.

• Character Cakes: have your child's favourite superhero or TV character hand-decorated on your white or chocolate slab cake! We try to use the least amount of food colouring while still creating an accurate depiction that will add more fun and laughter to your child's birthday party!
